With our extensive experience of operating Motor Yachts worldwide, we are well qualified to select the right candidates. Each owner’s needs are unique and we put forward candidates who are not only experienced & qualified but who will also fit in with you and your family.

We have a large database upon which to draw and are continually appraising potential candidates. We pre-interview all Captains and crew and check all references and certificates of competency. Our Captains are certified up to MCA Class 4 (3000 tons), so can professionally operate any Sunseeker Motor Yacht anywhere in the world.

We provide advice on salaries, contracts and on the minimum safe manning requirements of your chosen flag state authority. Being Sunseeker specialists, we can also provide hand-over and familiarisation training to new Captains.
